WW’ized Kraft Weeknight Cheese Quiche – 3pp per serving!

The original recipe was 9 Points Plus per serving and I lightened/Weight Watcher’ized  it by:  switching from whole eggs to egg beaters, switching to skim milk, switching to Miracle Whip LIGHT, switching to Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, and eliminated the crust! This brought it down to only 3 points plus per serving! Great points savings! This is now a crust-less cheese/spinach Quiche and very points friendly! I left the cooking instructions the same; but suspect without the crust it might cook faster than the directions call for, so keep an eye on it when you cook it!
